We have a new website under construction click here to view.

Sidcup & District Rifle Club is a small friendly club. We have about 45 active shooters and shoot a number of disciplines.

We're always on the lookout for new members and welcome interested people to our shoots to see what happens first-hand (ear defenders provided!)

We are happy to explain all aspects of shooting including working through the legal requirements and application
for your Fire Arms Certificate (FAC) which can be done after 6 months of membership and regular attendance at shoots.

We shoot at Bisley usually twice a month, on a Sunday, once for MLP/Underlever and once for Full Bore Target Rifle & F Class. See here for details

Small Bore (.22 Target Rifle) is shot at a range local to Sidcup twice a month on Wednesday evenings and on most Monday evenings. See here for details

Members may shoot any or all disciplines they choose and a number of members do exactly that.

If you're interested in finding out more about target shooting and live in the South East then use the contacts page
and come and see us!

We have a Competency Course (Accredited by the NRA) that allows members to gain certification to use MoD ranges including Bisley. This will be a requirement from Jan 1 2009. We will therefore be able to issue competency certificates to our members.
